omg, it's the middle of august, a month i have a monumental love/hate relationship with. it's my birthday month, but it's also the time when push comes to shove and i have to gear up for the new year.
not that i haven't been working my ass off writing lesson plans, gathering resources, writing an online course, sending copies off to the print shop, getting my room in order, and other various and sundry rl type things. but now it's here. and the in-services are about to rear their ugly heads.
i hate staring down the barrel of a loaded start of a new school year.
